My Project

“I teach 2nd grade at GE, where my students are full of energy and creativity. While we love spending time outdoors, there are days when bad weather keeps us indoors for recess. That’s when we need fun and engaging activities to keep my students active, entertained, and learning, even inside the classroom.

This project will provide a variety of indoor recess games that will help my students stay physically active, social, and engaged during those indoor breaks.

I am requesting a set of exciting games, including a marble run, UNO cards, wooden pattern blocks, magnetic tiles, and Toss Across. These activities will give my students a chance to engage in hands-on play, develop problem-solving skills, and work together as a team—all while having a blast!
