My Project

STEM challenges are fun and exciting!! By engaging my students in STEM challenges, my students see themselves as inventor, engineers, and creators. The Epson color printer will allow my students to print their STEM materials and projects in color. The lamination pouches would be used to make our STEM material last longer and can be saved for use by future 1st-grade students. The watercolor paints will be used to add the element of art to our STEM challenges. It would also be wonderful to have color photos to share with their families when they take their work home. Printing our projects and materials in color will increase the quality of work and give families a keepsake of their child’s work.

COVID-19 has impacted students and families in many ways.

COVID-19 has widened the connection gap between schools and families. I hope sharing projects and photos will help to reconnect families with what is happening in school and increase conversations around learning with their child.
