This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hello! Our classroom is in need of bookshelves and books that are culturally response and current. At the moment we only have one bookshelf and it isn't enough for 90 students.

I want my students to develop their reading skills with books that are interesting to them.

We would like novels about the different topics we are interested in. In our wish list, we have many graphic novels and regular novels we'd like to have for our classroom. Thanks to Donorschoose, we were able to get comfortable seating, but now we need help filling up the library with great books we can all enjoy!
