My Project

My students love the hands on experience in chemistry lab. We measure objects frequently during lab. Our current lab scales are dwindling, and the students can not get accurate mass measurements on most of the few scales we have left. It would bring my students joy (or at least less frustration) to complete these labs in a timely manner with good equipment. I would like to receive 6 lab scales for my students with this program.

Many students come into my class with little chemistry knowledge and with low expectations for the course.

I have seen students completely change their attitude about chemistry during the labs. That is why the lab equipment is so important. These lab scales will have a positive impact on my students.
