This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Personalized items like name tags, name plates, tag stickers, and motivational posters play a powerful role in shaping a welcoming and engaging classroom environment. Name tags and plates help students feel recognized and valued, fostering a strong sense of belonging and community from the very first day. They also support relationship-building by making it easier for students and teachers to learn names and connect with one another. Tag stickers can be used as fun, meaningful rewards that reinforce positive behavior, build confidence, and celebrate small wins throughout the day. Meanwhile, motivational posters serve as daily visual reminders that promote kindness, perseverance, and a growth mindset. Together, these tools not only brighten up the classroom space but also inspire students to feel proud, stay motivated, and take ownership of their learning.
