Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I am a very lucky teacher in that I get to nurture and grow my students for two years at a time. I start with them in 3rd grade and continue with them through 4th. In those two years, our relationships, ideas, and knowledge grow so incredibly much.
21st century learners need 21st century skills!
The resources I am requesting will help my students hone their 21st century technology skills while brightening up the learning environment! Technology is a part of our every day lives and that will not change any time soon. The large digital wall clock will help keep our classroom on track to keep the learning moving. The colorful lamp with add bright splashes of color to the learning environment. I've included a wireless keyboard and mouse to add to our student technology center in our room. We have 3 tech stations, and my final one will be complete with the wireless mouse and colorful keyboard. With these resources, I will be able to provide a safe, welcome and encouraging environment where all my students can soar!
