I absolutely love my 5th-grade students—they are curious, hardworking, and eager to learn despite the challenges they face. Many come to school without the basic supplies they need, but that never stops them from trying their best. They inspire me daily with their resilience and determination!
The supplies in this project—pencils, paper, pens, scissors, and lights—will make a huge difference in our classroom.
Pencils and paper will ensure that every student can fully participate in lessons without worrying about not having materials. Pens will help with editing and revising their writing, while scissors will allow them to engage in hands-on activities that bring learning to life. The lights and the classroom rug will create a warm and welcoming environment, making our classroom feel like a place where they belong and are encouraged to thrive.
My goal for this project is to eliminate the stress of lacking basic supplies and instead provide a fully stocked classroom where students can focus on learning, growing, and expressing their creativity. My students are special because, despite the obstacles they face, they come to school ready to learn and support one another.
