My Project

Our classroom is a hub of learning and achievement, home to a diverse group of students who excel in academics and teamwork. I am requesting a wagon, LED lights, pen refills, and Clorox wipes to enhance their educational experience. These materials will make a significant difference in their learning by fostering a brighter, more organized, and healthier classroom environment. The wagon will be for transporting materials for my high school Academic Decathlon team and 8th-grade Academic Pentathlon team as they prepare for competitions, ensuring they have everything needed to succeed. LED lights will create a welcoming and focused atmosphere for study sessions, AP U.S. History document-based question (DBQ) practices, and engaging discussions in my 10th-grade World History class.

The pen refills will provide my students with the essential tools for mastering writing skills, whether it’s crafting essays for AP exams or taking notes during team meetings.

Clorox wipes will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring that my students can focus on learning without worrying about illness disrupting progress. These simple yet impactful items will support all my students, from Academic Decathlon members working toward competition success to history students delving into the complexities of the past.

My goal for this project is to provide my students with the tools and environment they need to thrive both academically and personally. My students are exceptional because of their perseverance, creativity, and passion for learning. Whether preparing for a national Academic Decathlon scrimmage, tackling challenging DBQs in AP U.S. History, or exploring world civilizations in 10th-grade World History, they bring enthusiasm and determination to every task. Supporting this project means supporting students determined to make their dreams a reality, no matter the obstacles. Thank you for helping us create a brighter, healthier, and more organized learning environment!
