My Project

As the Music and Movement teacher, my students range from kindergarten to fifth grade. The students are learning disabled, emotionally disturbed, and most students have a level of attention deficit disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. My students have various levels of learning and abilities. There is a great range among my students in each of my classrooms.

Bright colors and clear graphics are needed for differentiated communication boards for my special needs students.

Students use colorful pictures and symbols during lessons to help with requesting items, taking turns and transitioning between activities.
