My Project

Every child deserves a strong start in their educational journey, and for my TK SDC (Transitional Kindergarten Special Day Class) students, the right tools make all the difference. My students are bright, curious, and eager to learn, but they need specialized materials to help them develop foundational skills in a way that meets their unique learning needs.

Why Sensory and Math Tools?

Young learners, especially those in an SDC setting, thrive when they have hands-on, engaging materials that cater to their sensory and cognitive development. Sensory tools help students regulate emotions, stay focused, and build fine motor skills, while math manipulatives make abstract concepts tangible and easier to grasp. With these materials, my students can develop number sense, one-to-one correspondence, and early problem-solving skills—all in a way that makes learning fun and meaningful!
