My Project

Currently, our Computer Science program has a total of three EV3 kits and one additional LEGO Mindstorm brick. These resources are fantastic for teaching students about robotics and programming, but with a group of 20 students, the challenge lies in ensuring that everyone has ample opportunity to engage with the equipment and contribute to the projects.

The smaller group structure would enable each student to play a more active role in the team-building process, involving tasks such as designing, coding, and testing their robots.

With the current class size, it would be extremely beneficial to split the students into teams of five students. In these smaller teams, students would also have a better chance to collaborate closely, fostering stronger communication and teamwork skills. This structure would not only improve the overall learning experience but also ensure that every student has the chance to make a significant impact on their team’s progress, leading to more successful and engaging projects.
