My Students

We are a small community school situated in the rural area of our county. We are a high poverty school with a large portion of our students receiving free and reduced lunch.

I teach 270 fun and amazing kids about the importance of being physically active and healthy during my physical education classes.

My students are learning life long skills in my PE classes. They are learning how to work together and how to be a good teammate. I want to give them every opportunity to learn about as many different ways to be physically active as possible!

My Project

Have you and your friends ever visited an Escape Room? The excitement that came from being given a task to solve using just your wits and what you have in the room to complete your task? The thrill of solving the mystery? Now imagine getting to do that at school in PE class. Using your brain and your body to complete the challenges given to you and your teammates. That's what Breakout EDU will bring to my classroom!

Breakout EDU is a fun way to get students thinking critically, collaborating with a team and learning to problem solve.
