My Project

As a new school site coordinator at a title 1 school, I have the unique opportunity to help bring community resources into my school to help break down barriers students and their families are facing. This year, my school is focusing on chronic absenteeism

Help me create an inviting space for students to meet with me and discuss challenges they are facing that prevent them from succeeding inside and outside of school.

As a young professional, these donations will help me fill my space, get kids excited about coming to school, and support my students' needs.

In my role I will run small groups, provide one on one mentoring sessions with students, and connect students and their families to resources and basic needs to ensure they have all they need to succeed.
