Breaking Barriers: Empowering ELLs with Translator Pens for Real-Time Learning

My Project

As an ENL teacher, working in a Title I school, I have the privilege of engaging with a group of talented and diverse students. My students face unique challenges in understanding lessons and engaging with the curriculum. While they are eager to learn and contribute, language barriers can often hinder their ability to fully grasp the material in real-time.

To help bridge this gap and support their academic growth, I am seeking your generous support some of my ELL students with a translator pen.

These pens will allow students to instantly translate words, phrases, and sentences, providing them with real-time understanding of lessons, instructions, and discussions. This tool will not only help them feel more confident and engaged in class but will also empower them to become more independent learners. With a translator pen in hand, my students will have the ability to follow along with lessons, participate in group discussions, and even complete assignments with greater ease.

This device will truly make a difference in their ability to engage with the material and access the knowledge they need to succeed.
