Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are funny, insightful, motivated, smart, and always hungry. Hunger is the one feeling they all have in common. My project will provide all students the chance to start their day with some sort of breakfast meal, whether it be a bag of Goldfish or a protein bar.

Please help me provide breakfast meals and snacks for my students to keep them focused during instruction and independent work time.

Children are at their best when they are comfortable and content. Being able to provide food and snacks for my students will help them focus and feel good while they are learning. Many of my students would not be able to bring in a daily snack if I request them. Or they come to school late and often do not eat breakfast then. This is why I need all your help. I want my students to know that my class is their second home and they are safe and happy while they are with me every day.

Let’s also not forget, children love snack time. I want to add snack time to my daily routine and your donations will help me with this goal. I can not wait to show the children their new snacks. Thank you in advance for your support.
