Not to brag, but I believe that I have the best students in the world. Middle school is rough, but my students come to my class and see it as a safe spot to be themselves. I teach in a diverse aerospace magnet school in St. Paul where students have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in flight simulators and engineering. They are bright, eager to learn, and so proud of their school.
Even though many of my students experience challenges outside the classroom, they come to me engaged and ready to learn.
I am so excited to see what their contributions will be to the world.
My Project
We will be returning to the classroom soon! I am so excited to see my students but school will not be the same. One major change will be that they will not be able to share materials. They will also be asked to stay at their seat for the entire time they are at school. This is going to be a challenge for many of my students so I want to provide a Brain Break Kit for every student in my classroom.
Brain Breaks are necessary for students to be able to focus and complete their work.
This kit will include a couple fidget toys, a deck of cards, a Rubik's Cube, and some coloring pages. During our Brain Breaks, they will be able to access their kit without the worry of getting sick. Thanks so much for looking at my project!
