My Project

Kids perform better in the classroom when they aren’t hungry because a well-nourished brain can focus better, leading to enhanced attention and reduced distraction. Adequate nutrition provides the energy needed to engage actively in learning and activities. Proper nutrition supports cognitive functions, including memory retention and recall. Being well-fed can help stabilize mood, reduce irritability, and improve overall behavior. Consistent nutrition supports overall health, reducing absences due to illness and ensuring students are present and ready to learn.
