Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

We are a school located in the inner city with limited funds. We have not received funds since post pandemic. Our school does not have enough basketballs for each player. In addition to these, the nutritious snacks will provide my students with something to eat before and after practice. Most of my students do not get appropriate nutrition on a regular basis. With these snacks, my players will be able to accomplish more with the proper nutrition. This project will help me better set my student-athletes up for success and provide them with vital lessons they will use throughout their life.
