Concession Stand Essentials: Why We Need Your Help

To make our school concession stand run smoothly, safely, and successfully at events, we're seeking support for a few key supplies: a money box, receipt book, pens, pencils, and gloves.

While these might seem like small items, each one plays a big role in helping us raise funds effectively and responsibly.

Money Box

A secure, lockable money box helps us keep funds safe and organized during events. It allows volunteers to make change quickly and accurately, while also discouraging loss or theft. It’s a small investment that protects every dollar raised.

Receipt Book

Transparency is key. A receipt book ensures that every transaction can be tracked, and funds are accounted for. This builds trust among our supporters and helps us report clearly to school administrators or clubs about what we’ve raised.

Pens & Pencils

Pens and pencils may seem simple, but they’re must-haves for taking notes, tracking inventory, recording sales, and filling out receipts. Having extras ensures that our stand can run without hiccups—even if a pen runs out or goes missing.

Disposable Gloves

Cleanliness is a priority. Gloves help us maintain proper hygiene when handling food, which not only protects the health of our customers but also keeps us in line with school health regulations. They're essential for ensuring every snack served is safe to eat.
