My Project

Motivating kids with positive incentives for good behavior plays a crucial role in enhancing their academic learning. When students are recognized and rewarded for their positive actions, it fosters a sense of pride and accomplishment. This encouragement helps to create a positive learning environment where students are more likely to stay engaged and focused on their studies. When students are motivated by rewards, they are not only more willing to participate in class but also more likely to take ownership of their learning and strive for success.

Incentives for good behavior can also promote a growth mindset in students.

Instead of focusing solely on grades, students learn that effort, perseverance, and positive behavior are just as important to their academic success. This mindset encourages them to take risks in their learning, try new approaches to problem-solving, and not be afraid to make mistakes, knowing they can grow and improve. By reinforcing that positive behavior leads to rewards, schools can help students understand the connection between effort, attitude, and achievement.

The items in this projects, including playdough, journals and sports gear were highly requested by our students which will provide a greater personal incentive.
