This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My future second graders are an amazing group of young learners who fill our classroom with energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm every day. They are eager to explore new concepts, ask insightful questions, and support each other in their learning journeys. Their diverse backgrounds and unique perspectives make our classroom a vibrant and dynamic place to learn. I am inspired by their resilience, creativity, and kindness, and I am dedicated to creating an environment where each child can thrive and feel valued.

Headphones are essential for individualized learning, especially when using technology and educational apps.

Chair pockets provide a simple yet effective solution for organizing student materials. Engaging and colorful classroom decorations plays a crucial role in creating an inviting and stimulating learning environment. A telling time bulletin board will provide a constant visual reminder of time concepts, helping students to develop their time-telling skills. A colorful "Welcome to 2nd Grade" chalkboard will create a warm and inviting entrance to our classroom.
