My Project

Our project, "Empowering Excellence Through Rewards," is designed to recognize and celebrate students' hard work and perseverance in grades 3-5 during state testing. By offering prizes, we aim to motivate and empower our students, making them feel valued and appreciated for their dedication and effort. State testing can be challenging, and we want to ensure that our students know their efforts are recognized and celebrated. This project is important because state testing is a significant milestone in our students' academic journey, requiring focus, determination, and resilience. By rewarding students, we acknowledge their hard work and encourage a positive attitude toward learning and testing.

Our students are exceptional because they embody the values of trustworthiness, respect, ownership, and teamwork.

These qualities make them stand out, and we believe they deserve to be celebrated for their efforts. All students in grades 3-5 who participate in state testing are eligible for prizes, which will be awarded based on various criteria, including effort, improvement, and overall performance. A range of exciting prizes will be offered, from sunglasses, to fidgets, to play doh, to plushies, to a bike and helmets!

The expected outcomes of this project include increased motivation, positive reinforcement, and empowerment. Students will feel more motivated to put in their best effort during state testing, and recognizing their hard work and perseverance will reinforce positive behaviors and attitudes. Ultimately, students will feel empowered and confident, knowing their efforts are valued and rewarded. By implementing this project, we aim to create a supportive and encouraging environment where every student feels special and appreciated. Let's celebrate our students' hard work and dedication together!
