My Project

Our diverse student body comes from families of many cultures, socioeconomic levels, and home lives. What brings us together is the reminder that we can choose to be kind and supportive of one another.

The picture books in this collection will be used to introduce themes of literature, to inspire young artists and authors to create their own masterpieces, and to connect with students with special needs.

All the books in the project will promote kindness, friendship, and compassion. As middle schoolers, my students hear so many messages. I want them to know they can choose kindness!
