This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
I teach at a rural school. My students are very talented and creative in their own unique ways. Eighty percent of my students are in single-family homes living in the low-income bracket. Most of them have no access to computers at home. So please help me in getting started on the right track by providing my students with much-needed classroom supplies which will enable my students in keeping up with daily classroom activities so we can keep them motivated and enthusiastic about learning.
My Project
The materials listed in this project will enable the students in my classroom to achieve to the highest level in reading and language arts. The books will help them to become fluent readers and to be knowledgeable in language arts. The materials will also enable the students to work independently in learning centers with activities that are engaging. The materials listed will help with doing away with pencil and paper and the children will have a fun learning experience. I plan to incorporate the materials listed in this project in my classroom in a daily basis which will ensure that productive learning is taking place in the classroom.
