This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The books I'm requesting for my project will help my struggling readers achieve their goals. Our classroom library has a limited number of books for my lower leveled readers. I want them to be able to have a variety of books on their level to keep them engaged and interested in reading! These books will assist my students during guided reading as well as during independent time. My students who don't have access to books at home can also use these texts to practice and enhance their skills while at home.
