This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love learning about rocks and the books I have chosen will help them have some interesting books on the topic. We also will be learning about the water cycle and have a field trip planned to go to the Waterworks Museum. These books will help us learn more about the water cycle. The illustrations and information in these books will give my students facts and information to give them a deeper understanding of these topics. We are working on a presentation that we will teach the first graders everything we have learned.
