Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A Listening Center in our kindergarten classroom plays a crucial role in supporting the development of early literacy skills. By listening to books on CD, our students are able to hear proper pronunciation, tone, and rhythm, which helps them build vocabulary, improve comprehension, and strengthen their ability to recognize words. This multi-sensory approach not only makes learning more engaging but also supports children with different learning styles, providing them with an opportunity to connect with stories in a meaningful way. For many of our young learners, this experience sparks a love for reading that will continue to grow as they move through school. Your support in providing this resource makes a direct and lasting impact on their educational journey, and we are deeply grateful for your contribution.
