My Students

I work in one of the most diverse counties in the United States known as Queens, New York! I work in a school with a wide variety of students who come from different backgrounds including students who have just recently immigrated to New York.

What makes my school and students so special, is that they are all unique with a shared love for technology, reading and math.

Each student is eager to learn and excited to be welcomed to a wonderful and colorful classroom where learning never ends and mistakes are welcomed! We are NYC public school proud!

My Project

The library is the heart of the classroom so that is why we need your help! Please help LIVEN up our classroom library with more books! We are looking to brighten up our library with books that are not only motivational but engaging and rigorous! This project will have a direct hit in the classroom and students will continue to grow not only as readers, but life long learners!

We want the love of learning to grow with the student now and always and that goes hand in hand with the types of books that are available to the students!

We are looking to add on to our library with new, crisp, clean and fun books! This will help students feel connected with characters they already love, meet new characters and learn other fictional elements!
