My Project

I am a speech- language pathologist in a Title 1, urban school district. I work with students who have speech and language delays and disorders. The majority of them are in the early grades and are working on developing their vocabulary and/ or semantic skills.

These interactive books are perfect for teaching expressive and receptive language, as well as articulation sounds and phonemes.

I will be able to develop speech and language therapy sessions using these books that target vocabulary, following directions, articulation sounds, and early developing terminology. They are interactive books, so they will be perfect for keeping the children's attention while working on their goals.
