My Project

Hi! My name is Sarah Amburn and I am a school psychologist in Baltimore City Public Schools. Every Friday, I spend time in each primary classroom teaching lessons to promote social-emotional health and behavior and social skill building. The students most favorite activity is when they listen to a story and complete an art activity. These books will help students to learn about their feelings, how to manage uncomfortable feelings, how to deal with conflict, and how to support and care for others around them. I love what I do and I love to bring new books and stories to the classroom. Thanks everyone!
