Help Ms. Taylor

Help make my students life long readers! I teach 7th grade English in a rural Pennsylvania middle school. We have many empty shelves in our school library, and our school board doesn't use funds to support it properly.

Please help me encourage my students to become life long readers. Our library situation causes me to scrape, beg, and buy any books for my classroom shelves to supplement the library's needs.

These books are a great start to helping my students enjoy reading. Many of them are reluctant as it is, and they would truly benefit from newer fiction reading. I am requesting a large selection of fiction books that are geared toward nonreaders. My careful selection of novels are geared towards topics and authors that I know my students enjoy. This will hopefully encourage them to look at my selection and READ!
