Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My goal is to add at least 50 more books to our classroom library that include but are not limited to diversity and inclusion in race, class, disability, SEL, and coping skills to name a few. We also need books to cover subject matters that they are learning about like weather, health, and safety plus forces and motion.

Help me put more diversity in our classroom library for my Bulldog scholars.

I know they will be more inclined to open to and read a book that talks and has stories about their background or look at a book with pictures that resemble them. These are my hopes and goals for my sweet eight and nine year old's. Thank you.
