Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Literacy-based speech-language intervention is an evidence-based way to grow students' communication skills. Using books as a therapy tool is engaging and effective, as it mirrors much of what they are learning in their classrooms. I have selected books that I know my students will love and relate to.

My students are creative, silly, active, and unique.

They have worked so hard throughout the very challenging last two school years. I think they deserve some super fun new resources!

These books and materials will help build their reading and listening comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and speech articulation. The Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will provide access to activities targeting these skills. We are excited to work on all of these things in an engaging way.
