This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Children are ever-growing and ever-learning. Their level of understanding and acceptance is evolving with every book they read, every person they meet, and every experience they go through.

The coronavirus pandemic may have us separated, but our love and understanding of one another is closer than ever.

Our differing cultures, families, and experiences have given us an array of emotional responses and habits. These books will help students learn healthy ways of navigating an enormous world of feelings and thoughts.

My Project

In this project, you will find an array of books that are meant to help students cope with everyday feelings. You will find books about breathing, emotions, and loss, as well as bilingual variations of books. Children will have access to the kinds of books our generation missed out on.

Help us teach children about healthy coping skills and the power of their hearts and minds.

Your donations will boost literacy as well as boost inner strength in each child. Our ultimate goal, aside from curriculum, is to help grow empathetic, kind, and emotionally aware children.
