Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I absolutely love my students! They are happy, positive, and full of energy, always bringing joy and silliness to our classroom. Their enthusiasm for learning and willingness to try new things inspire me every day.

The resources I’m requesting, specifically a collection of books tailored to various Lexile levels, will make a significant difference in their learning.

By providing access to a diverse range of books, we can ensure that every student finds something that piques their interest and matches their reading level. This will not only help them improve their reading skills but also foster a genuine love for reading.

My goal for this project is to grow our class library and ignite a passion for reading among my students. With these new books, I aim to create an engaging environment that encourages exploration and discovery through literature.

What makes my students truly special is their kindness and love for one another. They support each other and create a positive classroom community. By enhancing our library with these resources, we can cultivate their love for reading and help them thrive academically and socially.
