Calculus, here we come! My kids are motivated high-school seniors at a high-needs (yet high-achieving) selective public school.

After much study, in some cases including free summer programs, my kids have put themselves into a position to be ready for the AP Calculus exams in June. To be 100% prepared, though, they'll need access to the best in test-preparation tools.

All we need is a few books that will help my students shore up their background in PreCalculus and Calculus before the test comes. While we don't believe in teaching to the test, per se, there's no question that having the opportunity to work through test questions similar to those they can expect will be a huge advantage to them for the test, for college, and for all the challenges that lie beyond.

Your generous support will allow my students to walk into that test with confidence and prove that, no matter what you read in the newspapers, with the right set of backers, American, inner-city math education can and does work.
