Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Every morning, my students are excited to start the day of learning! All my special education students, in grade 2, are ready to work hard to achieve their goals in school.

We are a integrated-collaborative teaching class of motivated and ambitious learners.

My Project

After a year of online learning, we are excited and ready to get back into the classroom. A huge priority of this year will be books! Students need actual books in their hands, instead of just screens and devices. Our updated library will allow students to learn from hands-on materials and pages!

Books provide mirrors and windows for students to reach the world.

My students deserve an updated library that allows them to see themselves, learn about current events, and open the doors to other experiences.

Help me give my students a new library to get back into in-person learning!
