My Students

We are a class of curious minds and hardworking learners. This class reads with voracity and asks questions that often require deeper research and discussion.

This class is curious about empathy, being better at connecting with others, and adapting to a technological future where they will one day be leaders.

The class works as a team daily and strives to support one another in their interests and passions. I’ve not taught a class so funny, inquisitive, and profoundly curious! Thank you for donating to our class.

My Project

These materials will be used for the class library that students have easy access to. Right now students pull from a small collection of books in our little library. For students who struggle to read at grade level, the small collection of books is not as encouraging.

By donating to our project, you will support literacy for this group and future groups of excited learners.

With these books, students will have access to classic sixth-grade novels and nonfiction texts to support high-level thinking and analysis of characters and themes within their stories. Greater access to books will provide more opportunities to strengthen their reading and analysis skills.
