This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My energetic kindergartners enter the classroom ready to learn. They gleefully read books, draw pictures, and pretend play throughout the day.They beam with joy as they proudly identify letters and discover sounds. They love to learn! Some of my students are learning to read, write, and count, while some of their classmates are already reading. In this class, we use our experiences to build a community of life long learners.

My Project

My energetic kindergartners enter the classroom ready to learn, discover, and explore. They gleefully read books, draw pictures, build structures, and pretend play throughout the day.They beam with joy as they proudly identify letters and discover sounds. They love to learn!

Some of my students are learning to read and write, while some of their classmates are learning to identify letters and numbers, imitate sounds, speak clearly, or hold a pencil.

These books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create for my little learners. My scholars will use what they learn to develop a life long love of reading.
