Help me give my students the love of reading by providing a variety of books!
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Angie's classroom raised $429

My Students
My students are the youngest learners who come from diverse backgrounds. I teach two sessions of preschool. Each session is a mix of typically developing students and those with special needs. In both classes, there are also several students that are English as New Learners. Each child comes to school with varying experiences and backgrounds. They need to be motivated and challenged every day.
We are a high-poverty district in which 78% of the students in the township qualify for free and reduced-price lunches.
I believe all children have potential and can participate in all activities given the right motivation.
My Project
Help us build a love of learning by providing more books for the children in our class to experience! The children enjoy having the opportunity to read a variety of books and love to be able to share with their families.
This project will provide different books for the children to take home to read with their families.
These materials will allow my students to enjoy reading! Some students don't read at home simply because they don't have many books at home to read. Other students may not have books at home that they are eager to read. All students would benefit from new books to bring home that were chosen by the student themselves!
