My Students

My students are curious kids and always have a smile on their faces. We have a phrase that we use several times throughout the day "You always try your best." And that is exactly what we do every single day. They try very hard to have opportunities to be somebody in life.

My students are energetic and curious.

Having the right tools to succeed in the school year, will give them the opportunity to have a great future; because when we try our best, we are the best!

My Project

I served a very diverse population of students. Some of my students are students with special needs. Some of them are foster kids or live in temporary housing.

The magazines and books will provide my students with the opportunity to read and find out more information about nonfiction topics.

This will also provide them with the opportunity to find out more about important news that is happening in our surroundings. These materials will enhance my student's ability to have hands on media literacy by reading the scholastic classroom megazines. It will also provide extra curriculum activities that are educational, fun and hands on. I know my kiddos will have a blast reading the magazines and working in these workbooks!
