Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year’s goal as a teacher is to change students mind of disliking reading. In my 2nd grade class students can be categorized from pre-K to 3rd grade reading level. I would like to use the library set as a guide for students to differentiate with their reading level as well as these books will help them improve with their vocabulary and fluency levels. It will also help them reach their AR goal. These books will be used for my future students as well.

Toys and books are a good motivator for any student.

When they reach their goal I would like to give them a toy which would make them feel good about themselves and also it will be a fun toy for students to have during Christmas. I pray that you all will help me to motivate my students to keep going on and to never give up. Thanks for everything. God bless you .
