Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am currently teaching in a 3rd grade Spanish Dual Language program and the students do not have a good quantity or quality of books that will enhance their Spanish immersion. My goal is for these books to make a difference and elevate their enthusiasm for learning. They will get to practice their reading in Spanish whenever they choose these books from the classroom library. My students are special because of their ingenuity and openness to explore new things. Pencils and a sharpener are always helpful in the class. Students will go through pencils quickly and having a sharpener will allow students to quickly sharpen their pencils and continue with their routines. The wipes will help us keep our tables clean. I sincerely appreciate your generosity.
