My Project

When you take a peek at my classroom, you will see eager faces, ready to learn.

You will see students who enjoy sharing laughter with their peers, putting their problem-solving skills to use with STEAM activities, creating artwork, and playing with their friends.

Reading together and sharing the joys of a story as a class is very important. I am requesting a variety of picture books so that we can read together during our ClassroomBookADay time. Everyday during this time, we gather at the rug and share a story. I know my students will love hearing these stories. One thing you can never have enough of in an elementary school classroom is a variety of Ziploc storage bags. We use these to hold supplies that range from art projects to reward tickets, to left over snacks. We will use the pens to write our final drafts in our poetry books.
