Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will support our class create a new club of mentorships. Like every club, they will need t-shirts to help them stand out. These students will be giving tours and mentoring 9th graders. They meet with them weekly and they are excited to have some shirts to better define their club.

The books will allow us to start some literature circles and learn about famous French people.

Too often, my students do not learn about French people in their everyday lives, and these books really bring to life these French heros and heroines.
