My Project

This will be my first year of teaching first grade! I have always taught the upper grades, so I am eager and excited to see sweet little faces in September. Having entertaining books that will catch their attention will be even more of a priority now!

I would love to provide my future first graders with enjoyable read-aloud books, jam-packed with reading skills and love, so they can become lifelong readers.

The sturdy books baggies will serve as a shopping bag, that will help them go "shopping" in our classroom library for books they will love to read in school and home.

With the materials I am requesting, I am hoping to provide my students the skills they will need to not only move to the next grade, but also have them become successful in our community and world.
