Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My extraordinary students are fabulous scholars who thrive and value their education. Our classroom community is part of a large urban school district. This much-needed classroom rug will be part of our differentiated instruction for specific state standards and students' academic goals. Hence, this classroom rug will create opportunities for collaboration, comfort, and security for all students. Therefore, having a classroom rug will give students additional opportunities for flexible seating and creating a safe learning environment.

The selected fictional novels will support differentiated instruction for students seeking additional novel reads to increase their reading stamina.

The printer ink/toner will help me to print students' Google Document write-ups, parent communication, lessons, and projects. My students enjoy making science projects, doing hands-on research, and creating ideas that build higher learning, but we need printer ink/toner. Finally, we need an additional UNO set of cards for rainy days and of course cleaning wipes to helps us keep the classroom clean of germs.
