My Students

We are a Title I school district in a large school of over 1,000. Our school houses grades K-8. My 4th grade students are new to me, but all 20 of them are eager to learn and have fun! Some have a love for reading, while others are hands-on and love to create.

While we get to know each other, I would love for my students to have access to necessities and be introduced to different ways of learning.

My Project

We are a Title I school district, with a number of leveled readers.

I have launched an afternoon book club for my students which they all look forward to every day!

As we finish up our current book, I am looking to fund another wonderful experience as an entire class.

I am passionate about reading and reading comprehension and am determined to support my young readers in becoming the best they can be.

This project will help my students experience another book club which leads to meaningful connections and discussion as a class.
