Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach Spanish levels 1 and 2 at the high school level. Besides teaching grammar and other things related to speaking and understanding the language, I include culture as part of my teaching. These board games will help my students understand part of the culture, and they will also be able to review the names of the countries and their capitals and see what the flags look like. Students will also be able to play these games on minimum days or when they finish work early. These games will also help students understand how students in other Spanish-speaking countries spend their free time.
