My Project

I am trying to stock my library up with adventurous books that my students want to read so that they are motivated to read more. Many of these books came recommended by other students or books that my kids have seen and have specifically asked for.

My kids enjoy reading the graphic novels but have a hard time getting hooked into new, longer books.

I want to provide a variety of books that will motivate the reluctant reader. I have noticed that a lot of my kids write as if they are writing a graphic novel. I hope that by getting those readers exposed to more books, they will become better writers.
